Most password managers use encryption that quantum computers will eventually break. Data stolen today can be stored and decrypted when quantum computing matures, a strategy known as "harvest now, decrypt later."
Locke uses X25519Kyber768 hybrid encryption, which combines proven algorithms with NIST-approved post-quantum cryptography. An attacker would need to break both to succeed.
