I forgot my master password. What do I do?

If you've set up a Trusted Circle, your trusted contacts can help you recover access to your account without ever seeing your passwords. Open the Locke app and tap "Forgot Password" to start the recovery process. If you haven't set up a Trusted Circle yet, email us at support@lockeidentity.com and we'll walk you through your options.

How do I set up the browser extension?

Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons. Once installed, sign in with your Locke ID and the extension will start autofilling your credentials automatically.

Can I import passwords from another password manager?

Yes. Locke supports importing from all major password managers including 1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, Dashlane, and Chrome's built-in password manager. You can find the import tool in your vault settings after signing in.

How do I add team members to Armory?

Sign in to your Armory admin console, navigate to the People section, and invite team members by email. They'll receive an invitation to create their Locke ID and join your organization.

Is my data encrypted?

Everything is encrypted client-side before it ever leaves your device using post-quantum cryptography (XChaCha20-Poly1305 + Kyber1024). We never see your passwords, and neither can anyone else. For the full technical details, visit our security page.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from within the Locke app under Account Settings. If you're on the free tier, there's nothing to cancel. For any billing issues, email us at support@lockeidentity.com.
